Chairman of the Board since 2017 (and Board member since October 2015), Sami has a rich and varied experience of 32 years in the FMCG industry with a focus on marketing and human resource development.

Sami holds a degree in BBA and MBA in Marketing and serves as a director on the board of MAZA, Bahrain Nation Holding and GCC Arbitration Centre.
Vice Chairman Ghassan Qasim Fakhroo is a businessman with over 30 years of experience in trading business.
He holds a BSc degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Bahrain and MBA in finance from University of Bahrain and sits on the board of 7 other leading companies in Bahrain.
Ahmed was appointed to the Board as Director in 2020, and brings with him over 12 years of experience in direct investment and private equity, with a focus on the consumer and agribusiness sectors. Ahmed holds a BA (Hons.) in International Business from North Umbria University, UK and a Postgraduate degree in Business Administration from University of Leicester, UK. Ahmed is part of the team that manages local Investments at Bahrain Mumtalakat Holding Company and sits on the boards of 3 other companies.
Noor was appointed as a member in the Board of Directors in 2023 and currently serves as a Director in the Legal Department at Bahrain Mumtalakat Holding Company. She brings over 10 years of experience in international law firms and leading financial and investment institutions including GFH Financial Group, DLA Piper Global Law Firm and Newton Legal Group.
Noor holds an LLB Law from BPP University in London, United Kingdom and is a qualified lawyer by the Ministry of Justice and Islamic Affairs and Al Awqaf, Kingdom of Bahrain.
Appointed in 2023 as a Director, Mohamed Jehad Bukamal is the Deputy Chief Executive Officer of Bahrain Commercial Facilities Company B.S.C., bringing over 15 years of extensive experience in Investment Management, Corporate Finance, and the Food Sector. He holds a BA (Honors) in International Business from Leeds Metropolitan University (2008) and is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA). Previously, he held the position of Head of Public Investments at Osool Asset Management and served as Superintendent – Portfolio Management at the Central Bank of Bahrain. Mohamed is an accomplished board member, including roles at Bukamal Holding Company, and as Chairman of the Automotive Executive Committee at Bahrain Commercial Facilities Company.
